T-335 is a new version matting hardener based on resin designed for hybrid powder coatings. T-335 can produce matt finish of gloss 3% above, crosslink with epoxy at ratio: excess epoxy to T-335 is 1-2/1.Compared with the typical X68 type matt agent, characteristics as below: good storage ability, compatibility, gloss stability all extremely improved.

4. Characteristics
①To obtain lower matting finish, normally select 50/50 polyester with slowly reactivity, as better mechanical performance and storage ability.②Formulation designation: T-335 less dosage(2-3%), excess epoxy/T-335=1-2/1, lower gloss and good flow; more dosage (4-4.5%), could select excess epoxy/T-335=1-1.5/1, lower gloss and smoothness surface.③According to difference dosage in formula, excess epoxy/T-335 could be adjust to get suitable gloss and film appearance.
5. Package and storage:
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight 25kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the shelf life of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature below 30 ℃.
