4. Characteristics and application
l Providing excellent hardness, scratch/friction resistance and smoothness
l Silicon-free, good re-coating performance
l Use level range is 0.1-0.3%. To acquire more fine texture, lower gloss powder, add lower dosage of T-2071. To acquire more coarse texture, add higher dosage of T-2071.
l Combing with organic bentonite will provide lower cost and good texture effect.
l Coarse texture powder depends on particle size and texture agent dosage.
l Don’t add in flow additive when produce semi-matt one, combine with silica to produce would be good choice.
l Prefer to select barium sulfate as the filler , meanwhile, using more flow additive to get smoothness, fine, little-coarse textured finishes..
l Adding 0.2-0.8% very fine talcum powder can enhance edge coverage.
